According to the latest research of the second Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, the nitv electric proportional valve, PLC, analog input module and analog output module are used to realize the continuous, stable and high-precision pressure control of the screen printing machine. This is a method of pre calculating the maximum output pressure of the secondary side of the electric proportional valve, which uses the linear characteristics of the electric proportional valve to accurately control the pressure of the silk screen scraper of the silk screen printing machine, so as to meet the accuracy requirements of the power system of the silk screen printing machine. Nitv type electric proportional valve is independently developed by Guangdong Nuo Nengtai Automation Technology Co., Ltd. It adopts high-speed switching solenoid valve and uses PWM pulse modulation in control, so that it can achieve high control accuracy and is widely used in the printing industry.
